Thor Edvardsen receive The National Association for Public Health's Heart Research Prize 2021
Thor Edvardsen talked about the revolution in cardiac research. A revolution he has very much been a part of. He also presented the audience with the clinical challenges and case studies from his many years at the frontline of cardiac research.

The prize includes a sum of 2000 000,- NOK to be spent on cardiac research and artwork by Tom Gundersen.
The award is usually delivered by His Majesty King Harald of Norway, but due to the ongoing pandemic the ceremony was held digitally.
