Handling Deviations and Complaints

The department has a structured system for managing deviations and complaints. All written inquiries are carefully reviewed, and if an inquiry is confirmed to be a complaint, it will be processed and addressed appropriately.

Complaints are normally responded to within three weeks. If additional time is needed, the complainant will be informed.
