Seksjon for læring og mestring (Medisinsk klinikk)

Seksjon for læring og mestring (LMS) ved Medisinsk klinikk er en samhandlingsarena der vi utvikler, kvalitetssikrer og styrker pasient- og pårørendeopplæringen i tett samarbeid med kliniske avdelinger, brukerorganisasjoner, pasienter og pårørende. LMS er en åpen møteplass hvor pasienter, pårørende og helsepersonell er velkommen til å stikke innom. Her kan du få informasjon, veiledning, ta en prat eller diskutere behovet for kurs. Ta gjerne kontakt på e-post eller telefon for å avtale tid.

LMS tilbyr hovedsakelig diagnosespesifikke kurs i grupper for pasienter og pårørende. Målet er å gi deltakerne kunnskap og verktøy til å mestre helseutfordringer i hverdagen. 

Kursene utvikles i et likeverdig samarbeid mellom fagpersoner, pasientorganisasjoner og erfarne pasienter og pårørende. Helsepersonell bidrar med sin fagkompetanse, mens pasienter og pårørende deler sin erfaringskunnskap.

Kollektivtrafikk til Aker sykehus

Buss nr. 31 går fra Fornebu via Jernbanetorget til Aker sykehus.

T-banelinje 5 stopper på Sinsen T. Derfra bør du nå ta buss 31 videre ett stopp. Det er mulig å gå gangveien fra Sinsenkrysset i Trondheimsveien som er midlertidig lagt i gangtunnel under byggingen av nye Aker sykehus.

Due to ongoing construction and excavation work at Aker Hospital, the number of parking spaces will be reduced.

There is still good parking capacity in the area, but you should expect slightly longer walking distances. Reserved spaces for people with reduced mobility (free of charge) are available near all entrances.

All changes and closures will be clearly marked with temporary signs and reflective tape.

Visitor parking spaces have been established outside the main entrance and down towards the tent used by the park department. In addition, there are visitor spaces outside the entrances to Building 2, Building 6, and Building 8. Reserved spaces for people with reduced mobility (free of charge) are available near all entrances.

Parking at Aker Hospital is subject to a fee. Charges apply 24 hours a day, every day. See payment information below.

Currently, there are no parking spaces with charging facilities.

Payment Options

The hospital offers outdoor parking at all treatment locations. You can choose to pay by card, coins, or via EasyPark’s mobile solution.

The hospital recommends that those parking outdoors use post-payment or mobile payment, as it can be difficult to estimate the duration of a hospital visit.

Post-payment

With post-payment, you can use a payment card (e.g. VISA) to reserve an amount at the parking machine. Any unused amount will be refunded.

  1. Insert your payment card into the parking machine.
  2. Reserve an amount.
  3. When your visit ends, insert the same card into the same machine to log out.

The advantage of this system is that you avoid overpaying or risking your parking time expiring due to delays.

Parking time can be purchased at the machine or via the EasyPark app (EasyPark adds a 15% surcharge for app use).
