Enhet for strålebehandling 3 ved OUS Radiumhospitalet ledes av Maren Åsegg.

Ved første frammøte til behandling kan du følge skilt til Bygg M2 og ventesone for strålebehandlingsmaskin som angitt på timelisten du fikk da du var til CT-time. Dersom du trenger hjelp til å finne fram kan du henvende deg i en av ekspedisjonene. I venterommet vil du bli tatt imot av en stråleterapeut og du vil få en samtale med informasjon om behandlingen og eventuelle bivirkninger som kan oppstå underveis. Du vil få utdelt oversikt over planlagte behandlinger og avtaler med lege, sykepleier eller annet personale, som skal gjennomføres i løpet av behandlingsperioden. Stråleterapeutene vil under hele behandlingsperioden være tilgjengelig for spørsmål og gi råd med hensyn til plager som måtte komme som bivirkning av behandlingen. Er det behov for kontakt med lege eller sykepleier utenom oppsatt plan vil stråleterapeutene være behjelpelig med å ordne dette.

Vi forsøker å ha stabile behandlingsteam slik at du skal møte kjente personer gjennom hele behandlingsperioden.

Selve gjennomføringen av strålebehandlingen tar noen minutter, men det å sikre at du ligger i korrekt behandlingsleie kan gjøre at hvert oppmøte tar litt tid. I noen tilfeller skal det benyttes fikseringsutstyr som sikrer at leiet blir likt fra gang til gang. For å sikre at behandlingen blir gitt korrekt, etter den individuelle behandlingsplanen, blir det tatt kontrollbilder underveis. Dette er ikke bilder for å vurdere effekten av strålebehandlingen, men bilder som er med på å sikre kvaliteten på behandlingen vi gir og som gjør at vi kan redusere dosen til omkringliggende vev.

For å være trygg på at alt blir utført på en kvalitetsmessig god måte beregner vi derfor 20-45 minutter pr pasient.

Main Entrance

In front of the main entrance, there is a drop-off area.
This area is only for drop-off and pick-up, as well as a few reserved parking spaces for disabled visitors with a valid blue badge.
Other vehicles are not permitted to park in this area.

Parking Garage

Visitors and patients may park in the parking garage.
There is a lift from the garage to ground level; the entrance to the Radium Hospital is located across the street.
Visitor parking is available on the top two levels (U3 and U4) of the three-storey garage.
There are both stairs and a lift from the garage.

Reserved disabled parking spaces are available:

  • At the drop-off area in front of the main entrance
  • On level U3 of the parking garage
  • Near the entrance/exit by the Hospital Hotel

There are four electric vehicle charging stations on level U4.

Parent Parking

Companions of inpatients under the age of 18 may park free of charge in outdoor spaces marked “reserved for staff” (in the parking garage).

Park your car and contact the treating unit to confirm the child’s admission.
Remember to note and bring your vehicle’s registration number.

Show the confirmation at the reception by the main entrance (who will notify the reception at Rikshospitalet).

There is no need to display a parking ticket in the windscreen.

Parking time can be purchased at the machine or via the EasyPark app.
(EasyPark adds a 15% surcharge for use of their services.)

  • NOK 54 per hour
  • NOK 340 per day
  • NOK 1,119 per week
  • NOK 63 per hour for electric vehicle charging spaces
