Due to ongoing construction and excavation work at Aker Hospital, the number of parking spaces will be reduced.

There is still good parking capacity in the area, but you should expect slightly longer walking distances. Reserved spaces for people with reduced mobility (free of charge) are available near all entrances.

All changes and closures will be clearly marked with temporary signs and reflective tape.

Visitor parking spaces have been established outside the main entrance and down towards the tent used by the park department. On the north side of Rikshospitalet, near the Property Section, there are short-term parking spaces and a ticket machine.

Parent Parking

Rikshospitalet has a limited number of parking spaces available for parents/guardians or companions.
They may park free of charge in staff parking areas (P1–P3) if the child is under 18 and admitted to the hospital.

Show confirmation of parent parking at the main reception. This confirmation is included in the appointment letter.
