Department of Maxillofacial Surgery and Hospital Odontology 

The department is Norway's largest in the professional field of maxillofacial surgery. The department performs all treatment of patients who are admitted for facial fractures and wound injuries following accidents or injuries. In addition to the injuries, the Department operates on patients with deformations of the facial skeleton, such as underbite and overbite, facial asymmetry and reconstructions of facial soft tissue.
