Patient treatment
In 2012 Oslo University Hospital performed approximately 890 000 somatic patient treatments. In addition, the hospital performed 130 000 psychiatric health treatments and close to 11 000 treatments within cross-profession specialized intoxication treatment. The total treatment activity was less than in 2011 – yet somewhat more than stated in the assignment from the hospital’s owner, the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority.
